Rosh Hashanah Baked Apples

This week, we will be making baked apples since apples are a symbol for Rosh Hashanah. Here are the ingredients:

5-6 medium apples (like honey crisp or McIntosh)

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon coconut oil or a few sprays of coconut oil

⅔ cup cinnamon sugar

¼ cup maple syrup

Mix apples with the rest of the ingredients. Bake in the oven at 350 F for
40-50 minutes until soft.

Enjoy your delicious baked apples for Rosh Hashanah! And if you want to see more yummy recipes for Rosh Hashanah, check out my cooking channel on YouTube, Cooking Kosher! Have a sweet new year!
