This past week at RPRY, as the culmination of the study of body systems, seventh graders dissected frogs. Before the dissection, students discussed the importance of studying the body, and watched a video of a frog dissection. While some were a bit squeamish at first, they overcame their trepidation and completed the task. According to some dissection enthusiasts, it was amazing to see the internal organs and body systems that they have been researching for their human body systems report. Special thanks to Dr. Felix Urman who came to assist students with their dissections.
