RPRY sixth graders are learning about temperature. They learned that as temperatures rise the particles in the item move faster and, conversely, when the temperature decreases the particles move slower. The students had the opportunity to create and make thermometers to see the liquid in the thermometer rise and fall as the temperature increased and decreased.
