After 22 weeks of writing, singing, creating projects and reading about the letters, the pre-kindergarten classes completed learning the aleph-bet for the very first time!
Each week, a Hebrew letter was introduced and the children learned to recognize and write the new letter. The children used learning aids such as pictures, poems and objects from home that began with that week’s letter to make the learning engaging!
To celebrate finishing the whole aleph-bet, the children played aleph-bet games, sang songs, danced and were presented with an aleph-bet binder that they helped create over these 22 weeks. It was an exciting and proud moment for everyone!
