RPRY Presents Human Body Systems Fair

The RPRY seventh graders recently explored human body systems in depth and each student selected a specific body system to research extensively. Before beginning their work, students learned how to write a formal research report, which included lessons on finding credible sources online, citing both print and digital resources and using scientific journals to study a disease related to their chosen system.

On Wednesday the students showcased their learning at a Human Body Systems Fair. To present their findings, each student created a tri-fold display featuring key facts, detailed diagrams and interactive elements designed to engage visitors from third through sixth grade. As younger students made their way through the displays, they participated in a scavenger hunt to collect information.

Throughout the event, seventh graders proudly shared their knowledge, answering questions and explaining their systems with confidence. The fair was a great success, celebrating the hard work, creativity and enthusiasm of the students.
