Rabbi Pesach Raymon Yeshiva’s first grade students visited Regency Jewish Nursing Center in Somerset, ahead of Rosh Hashanah. The students sang holiday themed songs and delivered Rosh Hashanah cards they made in class to the residents. Rabbi Einzig, assistant principal of Judaic studies, blew the shofar. Chani Loew played a game show with residents and students. As part of student midot enrichment, teaching chessed and instilling a spirit of volunteerism is an integral part of RPRY’s education.
