RPRY Seventh Grade Biologists Dissect Frog

RPRY students in Mrs. Kagels’ 7th grade STEM biology class dissected a frog to explore its anatomy and understand its biological functions. This experience allowed them to observe the structures they had studied up close. Students noted the complexity of the frog’s organ systems, including the circulatory, respiratory, and digestive systems, which enhanced their understanding of how these systems work together in living organisms.

Frog dissection provides students with a hands-on experience that deepens their understanding of anatomy. The students walked away with a clearer grasp of anatomical concepts, which will benefit their future lessons in biology.
