The sixth grade science classes with Emily Menasha have already begun learning about the scientific method. The students learned about observing and then creating testable questions to create an experiment based on their observations. The students have also been learning about the four systems or spheres on Earth—the geosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere and biosphere—and how they are all interconnected and work together on Earth.
The classes then went on a nature walk so that the students could observe first hand the different parts of nature within the spheres and see how they are connected.
