RPRY fifth grade students were excited to get a visit this week from the directors of the Eretz Chemda program in Eretz Yisrael. Every two weeks, fifth graders learn with their teacher, Rabbi Kaufman, from Yerushalayim, who speaks over Zoom about the mitzvot hateluyot ba’aretz—the mitzvot related to the land of Eretz Yisrael. Through interesting conversations and engaging videos, the students are connected more than ever to Eretz Yisrael. The Eretz Chemda team was so impressed with the students, and enjoyed hearing feedback about how much they look forward to the program.
