The JEC’s Rav Teitz Mesivta Academy continues its incredible track record of excellence in the STEM disciplines as it was selected from among scores of schools across the country to participate in CIJE’s prestigious Robotics Challenge.
CIJE, the Center for Initiatives in Jewish Education, sent representatives to RTMA this week to formally introduce the challenge and invite students to participate. This is the pilot year for the robotics challenge, and CIJE, in a move to ensure engagement and success, selected four of the top STEM day schools in the country, including RTMA, Frisch, HAFTR and HANC.
“At RTMA, our program inspires innovation and growth,” said Rabbi Ami Neuman, principal of the JEC’s boys mesivta. “STEM is just another area where our students are creatively taking ownership of their own learning and progress and we appreciate that CIJE has recognized us in this way as well.”
