June 2018 market trends reflect single-family closed sales down 5.4 percent to 1,291, while the single median sales price increased 4.1 percent to $468,500. In comparison, townhouse-condo closed sales were down 4.3 percent to 424, and adult communities down 34.8 percent to 15. Townhouse-condo median sales price decreased 2.6 percent to $340,000, while adult communities median sales price actually increased 18.0 percent to $360,000.

Overall, Indicators reflect sales and new listings to finish the summer on the upswing. This is all a culmination of encouraging signs in an already healthy marketplace. And when you are ready to take the plunge, you won’t be sorry! Home is where the heart is!
