(Courtesy of Rutgers Chabad) Rabbi Mendy Carlebach, administrator of Chabad House at Rutgers University, was honored with lighting the Menorah at Drumthwacket, the official residence of the Governor of New Jersey. Rabbi Carlebach joined with Phil and Tammy Murphy and many NJ community leaders from throughout New Jersey to celebrate this Festival of Light. The Governor spoke warmly of the deeper meaning of the Chanukah Lights, and wished all participants and all NJ residents a meaningful and inspirational Chanukah holiday.
