In anticipation of Pesach, the yeladim in the RYNJ ECD had a blast baking matzah. They learned all about how matzah is made, and how the Jews in Egypt did not have time to let their bread rise. Their first step was to set an 18 minute timer. They rushed to mix their dough, and when it was ready, quickly flattened it out. After using their forks to create holes in the dough, their matzah was ready for baking. Kol HaKavod!
