Instructional Coaches

The Rosenbaum Yeshiva of North Jersey is pleased to announce the appointment of Morah Penina Richman and Mrs. Bracha Schreiber as instructional coaches in the RYNJ lower school.

Instructional coaches support teachers and help them reach their potential. The process involves setting goals together with the teachers and helping them get there with guidance in the classroom and continuous follow up. These goals or action plans focus on any of the essential educational areas such as instructional methods, differentiation, classroom organization, classroom management, and assessments.

Both Morah Richman and Mrs. Schreiber have served as stellar educators at RYNJ for over 10 years, and they have been a part of the RYNJ family since attending as students themselves. Their dedication to their students and educational craft have allowed them to organically step into informal roles of leadership, as their input and perspectives are continually sought after. Morah Richman and Mrs. Schreiber both approach learning with a growth mindset; cherishing opportunities to further develop themselves and advocating to bring those opportunities to others. RYNJ is confident that their talent, commitment, and expertise will prove both supportive and instrumental as the Yeshiva enters this exciting new chapter of professional development.
