RYNJ students celebrated this past Monday, Tu B’Shevat, Rosh Hashanah L’Ilanot! Each student had the opportunity to eat delicious fruit, learn about this special day and the significance of trees. Students made projects and crowns that depicted the shivat haminim, the seven agricultural products listed in the Torah as special to Eretz Yisrael.
