RYNJ’s early childhood division was visited by a marvelous celebrity guest, Morah Aviva Vogel, the previous early childhood director. She helped the children bake matzah in exactly 18 minutes. Mixing pre-measured flour and water, perforating the dough with a fork and watching the matzot come out of the oven, was such a beautiful experience! Morah Aviva explained the process and made the baking such a highlight.
