Thank you to RYNJ parent, Farmer Spence Weitzen, from Grow Torah for visiting K5, his daughter’s class! Weitzen taught the yeladim about shemitah and showed them how to grow microgreens. They got to make their own microgreen containers to take home with them which will hopefully sprout in about 10 days.
