The RYNJ ECD children enjoyed learning all about Rosh Hashanah and shofarot at Rabbi Grossbaum’s Shofar Factory. The children learned about the different animals a kosher shofar can come from, and were excited to have the chance to see, hear and feel a variety of shofarot from different animals. The children helped prepare their own shofarot by sanding and polishing the ram horns they were given. A special thanks to the RYNJ PTA for sponsoring this wonderful program!
