RYNJ’s fourth-grade students celebrated their research of the states in the United States with their annual State Fair! As the class learned about the different regions in the U.S., each student chose a state and learned all about the economy; landmarks and attractions; history and more. After writing a thorough multiparagraph report, each student prepared a poster representing highlights of his or her state, as well as a canvas painting of the state and a special feature. Their families came to see their incredible work at the fair, using a “passport” to help them learn about the many states showcased. RYNJ is so proud fourth graders for their work on their state report and their presentations at the State Fair!
