Rosenbaum Yeshiva of North Jersey is enjoying an exciting musical year. There are many enthusiastic and talented students who are singing and performing their way through the calendar year. On Thursday March 17, under the leadership of their music teacher, Mrs. Zitter, (aka Morah Hadassa), there were two recitals in RYNJ with more than 30 outstanding musicians, ranging from first through eighth grade. Students performered on piano, guitar, violin, coronet, recorder, flute and drums—representing all four sections of the orchestra: strings, brass, woodwinds and percussion.
Some of the students have been performing for many years.
Dedicated parents schlepped the instruments into school, particularly impressive were the drum sets that had to be dismantled and reassembled.
