RYNJ’s new learning initiative, אוהבי תורתיך, began this past Sunday, as one hundred daughters, mothers and grandmothers joined together in an inspiring and unforgettable learning experience. The program began with a beautiful and moving tefillah in the shul. After breakfast, Morah Silver, master middle school mechanechet, wowed the audience with her presentation entitled, “A Celebration of Mothers, Daughters and Women of Tanach.” First, there was a stimulating chavruta challenge and then Morah Silver addressed the group, opening their eyes to a new way to interpret the command of לך לך and exploring the meaning of women’s בינה יתירה. Finally, the program concluded with a fun-filled women of Tanach bingo game. RYNJ is so proud of all of its talmidot who dedicated their Sunday morning to extra Torah learning and appreciate the encouraging moms and grandmothers who joined us. Looking forward to future אוהבי תורתיך programs during the year.
