A deal is a deal. Two years ago when Moshe Parver, Moshe Geffner, Tani Genack and Zvi Schiowitz, current RYNJ seventh-grade students, were in Rabbi Block’s fifth-grade RYNJ class, they earned a trip to a baseball game in the merit of learning 25 Mishnayos baal peh. But COVID happened. Last week, Rabbi Block fulfilled his pledge to the boys and took them to the Mets vs. Cardinals game at Citi Field. Thank you to Rabbi Block for treating the boys to a fun night and teaching them (and everyone!) the importance of keeping one’s word.
