RYNJ second grade student Shimon Segal made a siyum on reading all of Sefer Tehillim. In honor of his siyum, Shimon invited his cousin, HaRav Zvi Sobolofsky, Rav of Congregation Ohr HaTorah in Bergenfield, to offer words of divrei Torah and divrei chizzuk.
