RYNJ kindergarten children continue to learn about lines this time through the eyes of Piet Mondrian. Mondrian was a Dutch painter who is regarded as one of the greatest artists of the 20th century. RYNJ students learned how the artist divided all of his later works into sections. They then collaborated with each other about how to place their lines in their artwork and which squares to paint. The results were masterpieces.
