RYNJ is excited to introduce two online programs called Headsprout and Raz-Kids into all second and third grade classrooms. Headsprout uses interactive online episodes to teach reading fundamentals and comprehension skills. Raz-Kids contains a collection of leveled books that students read online. It also assesses comprehension by having the students answer questions about each story. What is great about both programs is that they provide differentiated instruction by allowing each student to work on his or her own level.
