The students of the RKYHS medical ethics class went to visit Rabbi Hershel Schachter, rosh yeshiva at Yeshiva University. Over the course of the semester, students studied some of Rav Schachter’s responsa from the COVID pandemic as well as other issues related to Halacha and medical ethics. They collected their questions and had the opportunity to sit and to ask their questions to the rav. It was a great opportunity to see the depth and breadth of the knowledge of a world renowned posek.
