Kapow! It’s Teacher Appreciation Week at SAR Academy and this year’s theme is superheroes! Students gave the real scoop on what makes the teachers at SAR so heroic. One student likened her teacher to Wonder Woman citing “She can do it all!” Others compared their teachers to The Flash because of how quickly they’re able to provide much needed help and support. One student said that his teachers remind him of the Incredibles because they, too, are like a family that works collaboratively to save the day.
But wait there’s more! Students were also asked to describe their teachers’ superpowers. Much more than just capes and masks, the super teachers of SAR Academy wield powers of kindness, inclusivity and adaptability to make the world a better place. They can engage classes with stories, clean up like nobody’s business and they’re super smart to boot! Best of all if ever a student is in need of help, they’re able to help in a single bound! Now let’s give a round of applause to the superhero teachers of SAR!
