As the year comes to a close, Yeshivat He’Atid’s amazing teachers and staff celebrated with a very special faculty appreciation dinner at Narruto Bowl Restaurant. The dinner was sponsored by both the Yeshivat He’Atid Parent Association (YHPA) and the YH administration. Every detail, down to the tablecloths, was perfectly selected to match the “Beaching, Not Teaching” theme. Smiles were seen all around as teachers arrived at the outdoor event. The night was filled with great food, great games and even greater company.
To start the evening, the staff at Narruto Bowl brought out delicious appetizers and drinks for all to enjoy. Rav Ronen gave an inspiring dvar Torah which highlighted the miracle that Yeshivat He’Atid was able to remain open for the entirety of the school year during such an uncertain time. Board president, Effie Billauer, spoke about how vital the teachers were to bringing a sense of normalcy to each student’s day. YHPA Co-Presidents Jacqui Moskowitz and Ayelet Mermelstein, spoke on behalf of the parent body, thanking the teachers for their hard work and, most importantly, keeping the school open!
The night continued with a delicious dinner and awesome entertainment. Teachers played the Yeshivat He’Atid edition of Family Feud. Everyone had a blast! This event was the perfect way to end a challenging yet rewarding year.
