Elizabeth, NJ–On December 25, the Rav Teitz Mesivta Academy (RTMA) held its annual Father and Son Learning and Breakfast. The day began when fathers and their middle school and high school-aged sons davened beside one another in the school’s Beit Midrash, followed by an insightful message by SGO President Eli Weiss. The morning continued with shiurim, where fathers and sons learned together b’chavrusa. All in attendance found the program extremely meaningful and inspiring.

A gala brunch followed, where participants had the opportunity to socialize while enjoying a delicious meal. The day concluded with a message from RTMA Principal Rabbi Peretz Hochbaum, who spoke about the importance of keeping the Chanukah spirit alive–that, just as we add new candles and light each night of Chanukah, we should continually add light, energy and a sense of novelty to our lives in our daily service of Hashem.
