“We are delighted that Eric joined our firm as a key member,” said Heike Vogel, managing partner of the New York office. “He not only adds an important dimension to our corporate and restructuring practices, but his business skills learned as a senior trader at a family office focused on distressed debt add tremendous value to our whole client base. I have known Eric since 2001 when we both practiced law in the corporate restructuring and bankruptcy group of Sidley Austin. After 14 years of being good friends, I am thrilled to now also call him my law firm partner. He practices law with the utmost integrity and truly is one of the best attorneys I know. Simply put, his joining our firm is a ‘home run.’”

Eric joins Vogel Bach from the New Jersey office of Lowenstein Sandler LLP, where he spent most of his practice since graduating from Fordham Law School in 2001. From 2001–2004, Eric was an associate in the New York office of Sidley Austin LLP. From 2009–2011, Eric served as a senior trader in the distressed space.
