The students at Shalom Yeladim spent the week celebrating the works of Dr. Seuss. They started week off on Monday with Fox in Socks Day. The children wore silly socks and did sock art projects. On Tuesday they read “The Cat in the Hat” and everyone wore silly hats. On Wednesday they read “Wacky Wednesday” and everyone wore mismatched clothes. Thursday was “Red Fish, Blue Fish,” and everyone wore red or blue. Friday was “The Lorax” day and everyone wore yellow. The toddler class made Cat in the Hat cupcakes by stacking alternating banana and strawberry slices.
