The children of Shalom Yeladim had an amazing week learning about colors. The youngest children worked on matching colors. The middle class did a science experiment, they filled six cups with colored water and arranged the cups in the circle. The teachers then placed paper towels connecting the cups together and left them overnight. The paper towels absorbed the colored water and showed how water goes from the cups to the paper towel, demonstrating osmosis. The oldest children used glue to stick rice onto a half circle shape and then painted the rice the colors of the rainbow. Everyone had so much fun!
