Shana Tova From Ramat Givat Zeev

Dozens of Jewish families from the Diaspora will celebrate the Tishrei holidays of this year in a spirit of sanctity and purity in the prestigious Ramat Givat Zeev neighborhood.

Following the outbreak of anti-Semitism in Britain and South Africa, a wave of aliyah began to Israel, when dozens of families chose the unique Ramat Givat Zeev neighborhood, which is considered the religious Caesarea. The horrific wave of anti-Semitism in Britain is attributed to Jeremy Corbyn’s election to head the Labor party. As a result of the sensitive situation, more than 20 Jewish families have purchased new homes in Ramat Givat Zeev, joining the 150 families who currently live there. This neighborhood combines vibrant community life with quality educational institutions and expects to eventually grow to approximately 450 families.

Ramat Givat Zeev has become famous for its high-quality buyers, including lawyers, professors and hundreds of American families. This is a precedent-setting move as for the first time in Israel a neighborhood is being established with such a high budget invested in the infrastructure. The level of development is far beyond what was expected, with flowers and gardens everywhere, organized religious services, educational institutions, parks, a prestigious country club with swimming pool, gym and sports facilities.

A few weeks ago, an additional precedent was set in the neighborhood, with the first of five future synagogues being inaugurated by the Chief Rabbi of Givat Zeev, Rabbi Toledano Shlita. The residents will enjoy special holiday tefillot close to home, and many families who have just arrived in Israel will experience the quality they have become accustomed to abroad, this time without worries or fear, without anti-Semitic incidents or concealment of identity, and all in an atmosphere of holiness and joy.

Journalists and real-estate officials who toured the site during construction and development, and recently in preparation for the occupancy stage, were amazed to see the luxury development designed by international architects, and have made it clear that Ramat Givat Zeev is the most beautiful neighborhood in Israel. In their opinion, prices are expected to rise by tens of percentage points along with the approaching population.

The residents of Ramat Givat Zeev begin a new and hopeful year – with spiritual and physical goodness.
