When a holiday is coming, even math lessons can be an opportunity to enhance SINAI students’ excitement for the celebration. In math class at SINAI at JKHA students played a game that strengthened counting skills and incorporated creative Sukkot fun. This student rolled the dice, counted the dots on the dice,and then counted out the corresponding number of popsicle sticks before spinning for a color, coloring the sticks, and gluing them to create something new—in this case, a math sukkah. He was very proud of his final product!
