In this week’s parsha, Moshe saw Hashem in a burning bush. So for this recipe, we will be doing something that includes FIRE! We’ll be making a delicious homemade stir fry.
Ingredients:
- 1 block extra firm tofu, cut into small 1-inch cubes and pressed to remove moisture
- ½ onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- ½ ginger root, diced
- 1 cup green beans, diced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Avocado or canola oil
Directions:
Heat the oil in a wok. Add tofu, stir for 2-3 minutes. Take tofu out and put in all the veggies. Stir fry them for 3-5 minutes with the soy sauce, then add the tofu back in, and stir for 1-2 minutes, and serve hot.
