TABC Storm baseball opened their season against the MTA Lions in nearby Bergenfield and took the game 5-0. The Storm broke the scoreless deadlock in the top of the third inning when Ben Englander ripped a two out RBI single to deep center to bring home Yoni Stewart. The Storm’s lights-out pitching was spearheaded by Yechiel Keiser, who threw 4.2 innings of two hit ball, walking five and striking out six batters. The Storm tacked on four insurance runs in the final inning and that was all she wrote. Special shoutout to Avi Gold for grilling hot dogs for the fans and of course to the fans for braving the cold and cheering on our boys for the duration of the three hour game!
