At Solomon Schechter Bergen, Eitan Elias, a 6th grader, planned a Super Bowl Squares competition for the entire middle school, with the help of middle school principal Jennifer Coxe. They worked hard and made this fun event that got all of the middle school excited. The winners would get a prize that is to be determined, but the person who wins the overall game, the winner of the 4th quarter, gets a newly-created Golden Homework pass which can be used for any class! Classmate Orlee Drillich said, “Every year, Rabbi Fred Elias z”l planned a Super bowl squares competition for the entire middle school and now Eitan is continuing what Rabbi Elias z”l loved to do.” He spent multiple weeks planning this fun event. Now everyone had a reason to watch: to see if they won!
