As is tradition, TABC students once again spent time immersed in chesed as the chag approached, building sukkot around the community for those in need. Over the chag, students and faculty celebrated together as a family. Students, parents, rebbeim and faculty joined together for a Simchat Beit Hashoeva at Keter Torah on Wednesday night of Chol Hamoed. Afterwards, 30 juniors and seniors, accompanied by Rabbi Steven Finkelstein and Rabbi Joshua Kahn, headed to Boro Park to join in festive Simchat Beit Hashoeva celebrations across the community. Finally, on Simchat Torah night, students and faculty descended on TABC for hakafot and a delicious seudat Yom Tov. As news from Israel began to come in, it was comforting to be together to recite Tehillim and join together in tefillah on behalf of Am Yisrael.
