TABC’s model congress delegation traveled to the Young Israel of Woodmere this past Tuesday to participate in Yeshiva League Model Congress which was hosted by HAFTR High School. Students were afforded the opportunity to compose and present bills or resolutions, debate the pressing issues facing our nation and interact with peers from 13 local yeshiva high schools in mock sessions of congress. Aharon Nissel ‘18 and Jacob Lerer ‘19 were awarded Best Delegate honors in their respective committees, while Aryeh Brusowankin ‘18 and Avraham Kahan ‘19 were distinguished by earning honorable mentions in their respective committees.TABC is proud of all its students for representing their school with distinction.
