The Gemara in Chagiga says that one cannot compare someone who reviews one hundred times to someone who reviews one hundred and one times. Chazara (review) is an integral part of talmud Torah. The talmidim of TABC engaged in intensive chazara as the zman ended. This allowed them to solidify their understanding of what they have learned this past zman, and to reinforce the skills that will guide their future learning.
