Over the past few months, the TABC Engineering Club has been hard at work. Led by club president Shai Rosenberg, who compiled a list of dozens of possible projects for the club to work on, they decided to build a retro-style arcade game cabinet. They made the ambitious decision to make the arcade game capable of running many classic video games, including classics from the Nintendo 64 console. The project involved woodworking, fabrication, programming and electronics, and the results were excellent! Students have enjoyed testing the system during lunch and Mincha break, as members of the engineering club sit by and watch so they can take note of any issues that need fixing. This project was completed by Shai Rosenberg, Eitan Leitner, Yaron Gerszberg, Aharon Ahdoot, Zev Tovbin and Sam Schwartz. To check out this project and many others, come to the TABC STEM Showcase, Thursday, May 16, at 7 p.m.!
