Last week, Rebecca Lopkin took her TABC senior advanced filmmaking class to visit the set of “Armageddon Time,” a new feature film being filmed in Teaneck. The class had the opportunity to meet Anthony Hopkins, one of the film’s stars. They also had a long chat with James Gray, the film’s writer and director about his path to becoming a filmmaker. He shared with the students which of his films was his favorite to make— “The Immigrant”—where he went to film school—USC—and some advice for young filmmakers—”Watch as many films in as many genres as possible!”
