As they headed into Pesach break, TABC’s freshman grade deans, Rabbi Ezra Stone and Rabbi Yakov Grun, thought a mini-trip to facilitate a memorable grade bonding experience would be a nice way to round out the third quarter. Therefore, on Friday, March 31, TABC’s freshmen headed to Garden State Plaza and competed in a pre-Pesach scavenger hunt. The scavenger hunt was carefully planned by the grade deans and IT/activities guru Josh Lewis and asked the students to find objects related to TABC, as well as some more arbitrary objects, culminating with a bonus round related to Pesach. The day ended with a grade-wide pizza lunch and a dvar Torah by Rabbi Grun. Congratulations to the winning team: Joseph Goldberg, Elisha Grinfeld, David Kritchevski, Shlomo Wenger, Solly Winslow and Dovid Benson. Now that Pesach is over, the grade deans are looking forward to taking the winners out to eat at a restaurant of their choosing.
