This past Wednesday night, the TABC mock trial team went head to head against Frisch. The trial revolved around the plaintiff, Avery Mansion, allegedly getting injured on a ride known as the Hurricane at Captain Kidd’s Pier Amusement Park due to the park’s negligence. Attorneys Akiva Prager and Rami Gertler along with witnesses Shaya Novogrodsky, Yoni Weinreich and Ned Krasnopolsky represented the defense, Captain Kidd’s Pier, throughout the trial. At the end of the trial, TABC was announced the winner leaving the Mock Trial team with a 2-0 record.
