(TABC) TABC welcomed SAR to Votee Park on Thursday for its first ever outdoor soccer game in school history. Before the game, both teams gathered at midfield to remember fallen soldiers Rose Lubin Hy”d (a relative of the SAR coach) and Yossi Hershkovitz Hy”d (a former SAR educator). TABC Athletic Director Oren Glickman then recited Tehillim. While the game didn’t go TABC’s way, it was a great learning experience for the first-year players who had a great time on the field nonetheless. A big shout out to Adiv Rimberg ‘27 for scoring the first ever goal in TABC outdoor soccer history and special thanks to SAR for their partnership in making this scrimmage happen. TABC looks forward to seeing what’s in store for its newest athletic team in year two.
