For the 22nd consecutive year, TABC held a very successful post-finals voluntary week of Torah learning. This year, the kollel, led by Rabbi Chaim Jachter, took a deep dive into fascinating topics related to hilchot tefillin. The nearly 30 boys who participated thoroughly enjoyed the learning and Rabbi Jachter charged them with teaching others about the essential matters in practical halacha that they studied. The kollel was sponsored in loving memory of TABC alumnus Ilan Tokayer ‘03 z”l who loved learning and seeing young Jews immersed in talmud Torah.
