The ArtWorks Foundation is excited to announce the launch of an all-new art contest, open to children and teens of all ages. This year, the concept is to come up with an original piece of artwork representing something positive that you did or that happened to you over the course of this pandemic.
Entrants are encouraged to use bright colors, and designs can be created either with traditional crayons or markers, or using computer graphics. The completed designs should be photographed clearly and emailed to [email protected] by April 5. Three winners will be selected, and the winning designs will be displayed on this year’s ArtWorks apparel, to be sold on the ArtWorks website, transforming the winners into artistic celebrities! All proceeds from the sales will benefit ArtWorks.
Founded in 2002, The Naomi Cohain ArtWorks Foundation is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to improving the healthcare experience of pediatric patients through the arts. ArtWorks provides children and young adults, from birth to age 24, facing chronic and life-limiting illnesses, and their families, access to creative and performing arts programs that serve as a vehicle for healing, communication, self-expression and personal development.
