The students at BPY learned about the minhag of tashlich and participated in special tashlich programs, taking advantage of the school’s proximity to the Van Saun Mill Brook. The students walked through the student trails and stood by the water thinking about their past year and the year to come. It was very special to be able to do tashlich at the brook, which is used as an outdoor classroom throughout the year.
