Students in grades one through eight at TCA are having a blast building character and advancing their emotional intelligence with “Character Strong”—a sophisticated Social Emotional Learning program centered on the research behind belonging, well-being and engagement.

Each grade meets for weekly sessions to engage in fun but powerful lessons and activities to help effectively teach: Emotion Understanding & Regulation: How We Feel & How We Act; Empathy & Compassion: What We Understand & How We Care; Values & Purpose: Who We Are & What We Do; Goals & Habits: The Dreams We Have & The Actions To Get There;Leadership & Teamwork: Developing Agency & Working Together.
