Teaneck Chabad Preschool hosted Chabad of Fort Lee Preschool on Election Day for a Teacher in-Service Day. Sariva Sklar, CFC, who has been an educator for decades, presented a workshop on social skills and expanding conversation in children. She then facilitated a roundtable discussion about dealing with challenging situations in the classroom, adding her professional input and suggestions. The teachers then worked collaboratively to share ideas and lesson plans, implementing some of the new ideas they had learned.
